1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the MandaTone app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. License

[Your Company/Developer Name] grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

Subscription Plans: We offer [Monthly/Yearly] auto-renewing subscriptions to access MandaTone Pro features.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and audio) are owned by [Your Company/Developer Name]. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. While MandaTone aims to improve your pronunciation, we do not guarantee fluency or specific test results (e.g., HSK passing).

6. Limitation of Liability
