1. Description of Service

Manifest is an AI-powered application that allows users to upload photos and generate artistic representations of future scenarios ("Dreams"). The generated images are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent actual future events.

2. User Conduct and Content Policies

You agree not to use the App to generate, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or excessive violence.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Exploits or harms children.

Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any user found violating these policies will have their account suspended or terminated immediately without refund.

3. AI Disclaimer

The images are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). You acknowledge that:

• AI generation may produce unexpected or inaccurate results (e.g., artifacts, distortions).
• We do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly resemble the uploaded photo.
• You own the rights to the images you create, subject to the license you grant us to process them.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Manifest offers "Pro" subscriptions and one-time credit packs.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
